By making a deposit, you acknowledge that SONDiO is still in development and that there is no guarantee of product launch, timeline, or final specifications.

c. Discount Terms

Discount details, including amount, eligibility, and expiration, will be provided at launch. Deposits may be tied to the email used during signup.

5. Refund Policy for Deposits

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

Deposits are generally non-refundable
If SONDiO does not launch within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits
We reserve the right to define or update refund eligibility as the project evolves

6. Kickstarter and Third-Party Platforms

SONDiO may launch through third-party platforms such as Kickstarter. If you choose to support SONDiO on such platforms, your participation will be governed by that platform’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party policies or processes.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details. You agree to comply with the terms of the payment processor used at checkout.
